Using this site
The site presents the services of HD Painting & Flooring LLC and lets you request an estimate. Its content is for information. We keep it accurate as best we can, but descriptions of materials, methods and areas served may change, and nothing on the site is a quote or an offer until it is written on an estimate.
Estimates
An estimate is written after a visit and lists the surfaces, the preparation, the products, the colors, the number of days and a start date. It is valid for the period stated on the estimate. Work starts after you accept it in writing.
Changes during the job
Extra work found during the job, or changes you request, are written down, priced and agreed before they are done. Nothing is added to the invoice that was not agreed in writing.
Scheduling and weather
Exterior work depends on dry weather. If rain or humidity makes painting unsafe or likely to fail, the day moves, and we tell you as early as we know.
Payment
Deposit, progress payments and final payment terms are stated on each estimate. The final payment is due after the final walkthrough.
Workmanship
What we stand behind on workmanship is written on your estimate. This website does not add to it or create a promise by itself.
Cancellation
You may cancel before work starts by writing to us. Materials already purchased for your job at your request may be charged.
Liability for the site
We are not liable for damage resulting from the use of this website or from relying on its content, to the extent permitted by law. The form is provided by a third party (Formspree) and may be unavailable at times; the phone number on every page is the alternative.
Governing law
These terms and every estimate are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute is brought in the courts of the parish where the work was performed.
