How we work
A painting job has three parts, and only one of them is paint. The first is preparation: washing, scraping, patching, caulking, priming. The second is protection: your floors, your furniture, your plants, your neighbors' car. The third is the coats. Most complaints about painters come from skipping the first two. We do not.
The estimate is written after a visit and lists every surface, the prep it needs, the product and the sheen, the number of days and a start date. If something changes on the job, it is written down and agreed before it is done.

- Straight answers. If a surface should not be painted, or a cabinet should be replaced instead, we say so at the visit.
